We are on the hunt for an outstanding and professional Human Resource Officer to join a well established and fast paced Bendigo organisation.
Spanned across two sites this is an outstanding opportunity for you to put your high level HR and OH&S skills to great use as you will be pivotal to the ongoing success of the organisation.
Your duties will include:
- Continue to drive the safety conscious culture and ensure OH&S compliance at all times.
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with organisational priorities.
- Manage recruitment of staff, working with business leaders to attract the best talent.
- Recognising, managing and organising the training needs of all staff.
- Provide Human Resource advice and support to the management team.
- Oversee Work Cover claims and management of Return to Work (RTW) programs.
To excel in this role you will possess the following key attributes:
- Outstanding people skills with a passion to drive a positive and productive culture.
- A competent professional attitude and be someone who enjoys working in a fun yet hard working team.
- Formal qualifications in HR, IR or OH&S are desirable but a solid and strong working history in the HR and OH&S field is a must.
- An exceptional eye for detail with the ability to multitask with a broad and varied range of duties.
- High level administrative skills.
