Your new role
Due to growth across the team there are two vacancies in the HR team for candidate resourcer’s to support this successful team. As a Resourcer your role will be crucial to support the consultants with candidate engagement, sourcing and management. You will use our databases and social media platforms to identify candidate pools, screen candidates, undertake interviews, and manage the candidate side of the recruitment process from preparation of applications to coordination of interviews and candidate compliance. You will be speaking to candidates across the HR industry, gaining information and supporting them to make their next career move. It’s a fast-paced environment, exposing you to a range of people in finance and the opportunity to work with some of the employers of choice in Australia.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need to have business acumen, a real passion for people, with confidence in both written and verbal communication and be driven to expand your knowledge of the Human Resources industry. You will be highly organised, proactive and be driven to build your career in the recruitment or HR field. Strong people skills, team-work and a positive and energetic attitude are a must and you will be comfortably working in a busy, high performance environment. A HR, Business or Psychology degree would be advantageous, but most important is a great attitude.
