About the Role


The position is a varied, fast paced and rewarding coordination opportunity within a forward thinking organisation that focused on culture and progression. You will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment processes, producing offer documents and packs for new contractors and employees, along with offering all-round support to the HR department and PA support to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

You will be working in a “one team” environment helping to support the Talent Acquisition Team in delivering great recruitment services to UniSuper Managers, employees and external candidates.

This role will be a 13 month Maximum Term Contract.

About You

You will be someone who thrives in a fast paced environment where priorities can change quickly and be able to prioritise what is most time critical and action accordingly.

Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail are a must for this role, as well as the ability to communicate with a wide range of hiring managers in a professional and effective manner.

We are ideally looking for somebody who has previous experience in a HR or Recruitment Support function that has a “can do” attitude, a strong customer service work ethic and most of all, likes to have fun at work!
