The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a pivotal role in assisting ESV to meet its existing and future talent needs. Working with the HR Team, the TAC will identify innovative solutions to attract key talent and implement a more diversified recruitment model.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

End to end recruitment of staff at all levels

  • Sourcing candidates – direct and via recruitment agencies
  • Engage and communicate with candidates throughout the process, making sure candidate care is of the highest quality
  • Prepare job advertisements
  • Review and shortlist resumes
  • Schedule and attend interviews
  • Conduct reference checks

Talent pipeline

  • Maintain candidate records on recruitment system (Workable)
  • Actively build and manage a talent pipeline

Recruitment campaigns

  • Identify strategies to promote ESV as an employer and reach desired target market
  • Develop recruitment campaigns for:
  • LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Cadet Accountant program (university students)
  • CA Employment Evening
  • Cadet Assessment Centre

Liaise with recruitment agencies

  • Brief suppliers on recruitment needs
  • Assist recruiters to understand ESV requirements – technical and cultural
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency suppliers
  • Provide candidate feedback in a timely manner
  • Educate suppliers about the firm’s value proposition

Market ESV as an employer

  • Identify opportunities to market the firm as an employer
  • Work with HR Manager to build strong talent brand through social and digital tools and other talent initiatives
  • Attend employer events to market firm as required

Reports

  • Report on sourcing activity, costs incurred and turnaround times
  • Collate information on competitor activity and opportunities to value add

Human Resources

  • Assist HR Team on Ad hoc HR projects
  • Assist with HR administration

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recruitment experience either agency or internal would be advantageous
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (desirable)
  • A proactive and innovative approach to recruitment
  • Outcomes driven
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to market ESV as an employer and clearly articulate the firm’s value proposition
  • A passion for sourcing and finding high calibre talent
  • Solid time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • The resilience to recruit in a tight market
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Tertiary qualified (desirable)
