Seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a large and well known mining organisation based in Perth CBD for an 8-9 month maternity leave contract.

Our client is a global mining organisation based in Perth. They are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to contract for an 8-9 month maternity leave cover.
Description
Reporting to the HR Manager, roles and responsibilities will include:
- Performance management and coaching to key stakeholders
- Conduct investigations into breaches of policies and procedures
- Identify and implement HR policies and initiatives within the organisation
- Advise on HR procedures, employee relations, and performance issues
- Consistent improvement of HR processes
Profile
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role with the relevant HR qualifications or equivalent. Ideally you will have 3-4 years minimum in a HR generalist within the mining industry (or heavy industry experience). Candidates with SAP experience will be highly considered.
