An exciting opportunity for an experienced change manager to develop, implement and executive strategies.
Your new company
Our client is sourcing an experienced Change Management and communications specialist to join their team on a 12 month fixed term vacancy.
Your new role
Reporting to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading key change management activities including impact analysis, assessment of readiness and ensuring that the departments projects and change initiatives are delivered in accordance to budget and time targets.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful int his role you must have relevant experience and a minimum post graduate qualification in Change Management and Internal Communications. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of change principals such as Prosci / ADKAR or Kotter and have success in planning and executing organisational change.
