Our client are a well established Not for Profit business based in Parkville who are currently searching for a Senior HR Generalist. This role aims to drive new initiatives with respect to employee engagement, relations and establishing robust people management policies, as well as contributing to ongoing projects, driving cultural change and contributing to establishing new broader business policies and procedures.
Some of the key focus areas will be around setting up new HR frameworks, re-invigorating the organisation, driving change, getting involved with whole of business structural change and applying your additional generalist knowledge through the business. With an upcoming systems implementation on the horizon, candidates with strong system set up and processing knowledge will be highly regarded.
In order to hit the ground running, the successful candidate will have demonstrated HR Generalist experience, have exemplary people management and influencing skills, be a change agent and have demonstrated experience in all of the above. Additionally, a degree in Human Resources is an essential criteria for the position.
