Main Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage and anticipate recruitment needs 
  • Foster and manage recruiter relationships
  • End to end recruitment process
  • Job Adder usage
  • Employee Contract
  • Explore new channels for recruiting

Engagement

  • Understand levels of staff engagement 
  • Ensure career discussions are conducted
  • Drive Talent Management Strategy
  • Support Managers in driving performance

Development and Training 

  • Collate and manage training requests
  • Manage induction process
  • Drive completion of PDP process

HR Compliance, Reporting and Admin

  • Policy updates, WHS compliance
  • Maintain knowledge on current legislation

Nurture and Culture

  • Escalation of staff engagement issues
  • Drive social events 

Events

  • Assist with events 
  • Manage Leadership offsites

Experience
