Main Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage and anticipate recruitment needs
- Foster and manage recruiter relationships
- End to end recruitment process
- Job Adder usage
- Employee Contract
- Explore new channels for recruiting
Engagement
- Understand levels of staff engagement
- Ensure career discussions are conducted
- Drive Talent Management Strategy
- Support Managers in driving performance
Development and Training
- Collate and manage training requests
- Manage induction process
- Drive completion of PDP process
HR Compliance, Reporting and Admin
- Policy updates, WHS compliance
- Maintain knowledge on current legislation
Nurture and Culture
- Escalation of staff engagement issues
- Drive social events
Events
- Assist with events
- Manage Leadership offsites
