Here's a bit about who you are the and the fun you'll be having:
Your super-power is resume screening… and your search strategies are diverse and app-savvy.
You have experience hiring from relationship based industries (not transactional ones) like management
consulting and professional services firms.
You embody the "new school" of recruiting, understanding that search and selection are about
potential, and that each applicant should be viewed through an all-positions search mode. You're skilled
in recruiting recent graduates.
You're comfortable with dynamic job descriptions and a fast-paced, start-up like work environment.
You're good at both hiring for potential and "buying" experience
You know and love the admin work that makes a process successful and scalable- daily updates,
background checks, candidate communication.
You delight in match-making and a happy beginning for all sides!
