Do you have internal recruitment or agency recruitment experience? Are you seeking to use your Human Resource experience? This organisation is growing at present so the initial focus is internal recruitment, as the recruitment requirement reduces the Human Resource responsibility will increase. Reporting to an experienced manager you will also have good organisation support. It is a responsibility that will see you assisting line managers with recruitment, managing the interaction with recruitment agencies, implementing human resource and employee relations policies, practices and administration.
We need you to source permanent employees for this multinational organisation. The role will include advertisement placement, telephone screening, interviews & reference checking. We expect you will have good communication, organisation and time management skills. We will expect tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field and previous Human Resource administration experience.
The responsibility is based in Geelong. Remuneration includes salary and superannuation.
