Your new role
Reporting into the General Manager of HR, you will be accountable for the full HR Remit of the business. There is existing policies and procedures in place but you will have the opportunity to re-scope the HR role to uplift the HR capability in the business.
This will include advising the business on all HR and ER policies and procedures. You will be responsible for coaching and advising people managers to uplift the management capability on leading and developing talent. You will create development plans of high-potentials in the business to ensure it reflects a holistic view of current strengths and the areas for development. As this role is the only true BP to the to the business and the team, you will proactively partner with stakeholders to understand needs and areas where you will be able to add value. Additionally, you will an opportunity to create workshop content to use when facilitating team sessions to build the overall professional capability. 

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have experience within the full HR remit in a dynamic commercial business. You will have experience or exposure to development of talent initiatives that identify and nurture high potential talent. You ideally have partnered with the business to increase the awareness and the offerings of the HR team. You will have experience supporting line-managers by coaching and mentoring in leading their teams.
