About Them
This national organisation is renowned for the work they carry out in the energy sector. Due to growth, they are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their collegiate HR team, and manage the HR function for their NSW office.

About the Role
In this newly created role, as HRBP, you will work as part of a broader national HR team, with sole responsibility for their NSW office.

The role will see you partner with the business to provide generalist and specialist HR advice and support, and be a part of a HR team that is valued throughout the organisation.

This is a true HR generalist role with a focus on employee engagement, ER, workforce planning, succession planning, career development and recruitment.

About You
To be successful in this role you will be a self-motivated, resilient and highly motivated HRBP with broad HR generalist knowledge including; 

• Strong skills in employee relations, case management and disciplinary activities. 
• Demonstrated experience in influencing and coaching leaders and building cross departmental relationships.
• Experience in a range of generalist HR activities including; recruitment, policy management and development, remuneration, benefits and salary reviews.
