Our client is a National Organisation dedicated to saving lives and employs over 3000 employees across a number of services. There is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual seeking to develop a career in  HR Services ( Internal Recruitment). The role focuses primarily on the administration of the recruitment of high volume roles, supporting the recruitment needs of a nominated client portfolio. This is a temporary position starting asap for a period of minimum 1 month ongoing!

Responsibilities and Role Requirements:

  • Provide administrative support to HR Consultant
  • Assist with candidate phone screening
  • Arrange candidate interviews
  • Demonstrated recruitment administration experience working in a similar role
  •  Experience using an online recruitment applicant tracking system
  •  Strong customer and quality focus
  •  Demonstrated office administration experience
  •  Ability to display initiative, and exercise judgement to make sound  decisions in a timely manner
  •  Understanding of effective administration workflow processes and the ability to apply this knowledge in recruitment administration activities
  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  •  Ability to prioritise workload and work independently to meet critical timeframes
  •  Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a small team
  •  An understanding of social media and passive talent attraction through career portals such as Seek Talent Search & LinkedIn
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Previous HR Administration experience desirable
