We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In brand new offices, we are based in the CBD, only hire the best performers that know how to have fun while working hard. Your role is to exceed your personal sales targets by selling & delivering recruitment services to clients. To succeed in this role, you will be a “go getter’’, who thrives on working in a fast paced dynamic team environment, reaching and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies;
- Visiting clients to build and develop relationships;
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment;
- Candidate attraction and filling roles (contract and perm)
