As part of its strategic growth plans, an opportunity has now been created for a high performing and experienced HR Manager to join the team.
Role
As the HR Manager, you may be responsible for:
- Identify, implement and maintain core HR function including related policies and procedures;
- Develop and drive recruitment process for the Group including maintaining best recruitment practices;
- Partner with executive team in project managing the initiation and implementation of a KPI incentive plan and roll out;
- Assist senior management in tracking and reviewing performances through review cycle for the business;
- Owning the position of HR lead on all HR related matters that may arises from time to time.
To be considered for this opportunity, the successful candidate will possess the following as a minimum:
- 5-8 years experience in a similar HR Manager role (property industry experience highly preferred);
- Extensive working knowledge of current HR, WHS legislation and best practices;
- Working experience across leading and implementing various HR and strategic initiatives and projects;
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders and build strong working relationships;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, nimble environment; and,
- Ability to work in a 'blank slate' role.
