Position Summary:
The team is seeking an experienced learning and development consultant to join us during an exciting period of formation. Safer Care Victoria (SCV) has been established to ensure our health services are providing safe, high-quality care to patients: every time, everywhere. Sector wide leadership development sits as one of the key strategic priorities for SCV. The Leadership team is charged with co-creation of an evidence based leadership development strategy to provide the structure for design and implementation of learning and development offerings that will meet the needs of the sector.
The successful applicant will have relevant experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs with a strong understanding of leading practice methodologies and tools.
Are you:
- experienced in the design, implementation and evaluation of learning and development offerings
- skilled in project management and have previously managed high-investment long-term complex projects
- effective in building strong stakeholder relationships for the purpose of understanding the needs of a target audience and gaining support for implementation
- someone with a desire to operate at a system level and drive measurable change
