We are currently looking for an experienced Resourcer with Administration experience to join our fantastic team for a 5 month maternity cover. In this role your key responsibility will be to support the Consultants in providing outstanding service to your client base. Your role will have a specific focus on candidate attraction and management. Some of your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Candidate search using company database, 3rd party databases and website media.
  • To manage candidates through the recruitment process.
  • To conduct candidate telephone interviews against client requirements.
  • Candidate documentation and identification checks.
  • Extensive telephone liaison with candidates and consultants.
  • To manage own time and tasks
  • To comply with Company quality processes and procedures
  • To work as a co-operative member of the team and to assist others
  • Working with management to identify own development needs and request relevant training.

There will be a strong focus on candidate generation through the database, responses to your advertisements and other avenues. Additionally you will assist in sourcing temporary and permanent roles.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role supporting a recruitment team
  • 1+ years' recruitment experience
  • Experience utilizing FastTrack will be highly regarded (but not essential).
  • Experience within the Transport industry will be highly regarded (but not essential)
  • Proactive attitude with ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with all levels of the business
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Proven experience with intenal recruitment
