We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to join our talented and experienced Enterprise Learning Team.

About the role

Your role would be to execute a systematic process of discovering, analysing, and providing learning solutions that support the Enterprise Learning business unit goals and strategic objectives.   

You will provide insight to and influence the overall business unit learning strategy. 

This is an exciting role where no two days will be the same, however some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and cultivating strong relationships 

• In collaboration with the Regional EL Manager, developing business cases learning portfolios and championing initiatives from design to execution through understanding and communicating results 

• Constructing training plans for the business, leveraging the learning assets from the Learning Centres of Expertise 

• Gathering and analysing data to propose actions that drive continuous improvement and drive new learning opportunities

• Assisting to lead and grow a team of Enterprise Learning professionals

• Acting as a change agent and champion and lead large scale change projects in collaboration with the business and HR

• Responsibility for the “complete training cycle” including identifying training needs, design, develop, delivery, assessment and evaluation of training solutions nationally to all levels through the organisation

• Participating and contributing to BPI initiatives and related activities as required

• Facilitating internal workshops and to external clients as required

About you

• You come from a strong learning background with strong instructional design experience

• Your Enterprise Learning toolbox includes curriculum design, building frameworks and learning structure and your end to training cycle experience

• Your immaculate presentation skills will be highly regarded as you will be required to step in and facilitate client and associate training

• You’re calm under pressure

• You have a gregarious personality who easily engages with people from all levels and backgrounds.

• Your Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training coupled with a tertiary qualification in a learning discipline are a must.
