In line with our current growth strategy, the QLD business has a requirement for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane CBD office and work within our expanding Mining and Trades recruitment specialism.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for overseeing existing PSA clients, identifying and developing new client accounts and revenue streams, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. The successful person will be driven, confident and incredibly versatile, with the innate ability offer a truly consultative approach to best practice recruitment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and enhancing relationships with established client accounts
• Full lifecycle recruitment and candidate resourcing for roles within the Mining, Energy, Industrial & Trades sectors
• Day to day management of candidate sourcing and attraction activities
• Ongoing market mapping and lead generation activities
• Working with team members across Australia to maximize efficiency across client and candidate channels

• A fundamental understanding of sales, recruitment or HR processes, and the ability to “think outside the box”
• Excellent relationship building and networking skills
