The position
 
We are currently seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our continually growing business.  This is a full time role based in our corporate Brisbane CBD office, initially as a 6 month contract with potential to move to permanent.
 
As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the National Performance and Capability team.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate and support national L&D programs & courses by sourcing venues, program administration, event coordination and preparation of materials
  • Provide administrative support to the L&D team as required
  • Maintain training records and manage the monthly reporting for compliance purposes
  • Collating feedback from training events
  • Assisting with design and updating of the L&D intranet pages
  • Work with L&D team to develop training schedules and communications
  • Assist staff with L&D queries
  • Compile and distribute Performance & Capabilities Newsletter

 

 
What we are looking for:
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Completed or currently studying Business Administration qualification - desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time Management and organisational skills
  • Literate in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
