In this interesting, hands on position, working 4 days per week, you will play a key role in enabling the achievement of our strategy and goals, which will see you responsible for building and implementing our enterprise capability strategy.
Having recently launched workday learning, we are looking for an experienced L & OD consultant with a strong understanding of digital and Learning Management systems.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work autonomously and take ownership of your portfolio. You will also need to be able to demonstrate proven experience/ capability in:
Strategically leading all aspects of the L & D learning cycle from design to evaluation
- Deep understanding of learning trends with substantial experience in digital learning and utilising learning management systems
- Building and implementing the enterprise capability strategy
- Good instructional design background
- Designing and facilitating programmes and sourcing and managing vendors
- Driving the update of the new Learning Management System - Workday
- Thorough needs analysis capability, collaborating at all levels of the business
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management and project governance skills
