About the Role
Due to strong ongoing sales growth we are hiring our first full time internal Recruiter.  Historically each team has recruited their own team members here at JobAdder, but with our current and planned growth it is time to bring in the very best recruiter we can find.
Our focus is on quality so this is a very unique role in that you have the time and the tools to be able to focus on finding and attracting the very best talent in Australia.
We hire across a range of tech and non tech roles, including software engineering, QA, sales, marketing, product and more.

The three qualities we look for when hiring are;

Your primary focus will be on recruiting for the HQ team in Sydney, however we do also have openings within our UK and US teams so we will need your help with those roles from time to time.

Your role will include;
- working with Hiring Managers to define job specs
- advertising, sourcing and shortlisting
- phone and video screening
- conducting all first round interviews
- co-ordinating interviews and interview feedback with Hiring Managers
- extending job offers
- managing onboarding
- assisting with 3 and 6 month performance reviews
- assisting with and having input into the development of the JobAdder product (you will be a super user internally so your feedback will be high priority)
- training and mentoring Hiring Managers and internal interviewers on how to interview and recruit

You will also have access to all the latest tech recruitment tools in the world because we are busy integrating most of them into JobAdder.  Pretty much any tool you can think of we are working with or talking to.

The salary package will consist of a highly competitive base salary, plus a bonus/incentive for the quality of the hires you make.  We review all new hires at 6 and 12 months and you will be paid an incentive based on the management reviews of the people you place.
