As a successful HR Business Partner, you will have a deep understanding as an HR generalist and be able to translate business goals into action. Working in partnership with senior leaders, you will be developing people strategies, such as initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, talent development and mobility. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills will be key to the success of this role.
  
Ideally, you will possess the following:

• Previous experience working in a high quality, serviced focused HR function;
• Proven success developing and implementing successful HR strategies;
• Demonstrated strength in building relationships and influencing outcomes collaboratively;
• Professional services experience will be highly regarded;
• Tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline.
