The Role
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Advisor will assist in a generalist capacity across all stages of the HR lifecycle. This role is ‘hands on’ and will be tasked with providing expert advice in line with legislative requirement and internal polices/procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Talent Acquisition and Retention – end to end recruitment
- Onboarding including HR administration
- HRIS Management (Workday)
- Performance Management
- Remuneration, Reward and Benefits
- Development and Training
- Employee Relations
Knowledge and Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in a HR generalist role
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or equivalent
- Proven effective organisational skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and best practise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can do attitude
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to develop professional relationships at all levels of the business
- Experienced user of a HRIS and Microsoft suite
- Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a very fast-paced, ever evolving and team-oriented environment.
