The Position:
Effectively engage, execute your own Business Plan, utilise existing networks for growth building, develop your own Business Portfolio.
 
Resource, training, admin support and updated IT software in place, active Social Media, Community Sporting Sponsorship and dedicated Marketing Coordinator in place to develop and grow Talent Focus brand.
 
Talent Focus has recently instigated, commencing a developing a growing employee Health & Wellness program.
 
As an experienced Snr Recruitment Consultant, you will be well networked, strong communication skills along with an established growing network. Capable to deliver quickly and timely in fast paced environments.
 
The Person:

• Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in Recruitment / Resourcing / BDM or Sales, understands 360 degree Recruitment process.
• Strong in Relationship management, people, networking or managing a Business Unit with potential P&L responsibilities.
• Specifically you can demonstrate working B2B relationship with Key Customers. Strong sense of the immediate – fast paced environments.
• Critical to the role is extremely well-developed oral and written communication skills, good organisational skills, computer literacy and team orientation.
• High energy and drive, this role you will need to be autonomous and delivering results very quickly.
