We have a newly created opportunity for a highly motivated HSEQ Systems Coordinator to support the CBRE Pacific HSE team and lines of business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a collaborative individual with a strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail, who is looking for a career in HSE and the real estate industry.

Utilising solid interpersonal and administrative skills, this role will support the development of the CBRE Pacific HSEQ Management Systems and will be instrumental in assisting to embed CBRE’s strong HSE culture.  
This role would suit a recent graduate looking to fast track a career in HSE or a slightly more seasoned candidate looking for a career change. An engaging approach, willingness to learn and take on new challenges and adapt to change whilst supporting administrative processes will be rewarded with exciting opportunities for development and growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate the administrative functions of the CBRE HSEQ Management System.
• Manage the HSE SharePoint document management system
• Provide support for the CBRE incident management program
• Co-ordinating consultative forums across the region.
• Participate in key HSE projects.

Key Requirements
• Strong administration skills and ability to confidently use SharePoint. 
• Able to build relationships and rapport with clients and business leaders.
• The ability to listen well, seek clarification and articulate a response appropriate to the issue.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel interstate when required.
