HR Business Partner Job - Permanent Fulltime - Community Services - Sydney

Your new role
Reporting into the Director of Business Partnering, this role will see you lead a team and partner with the business to deliver HR best practice and services. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of tailored programs, change strategies, and services and initiatives, while evaluating the effectiveness of such and making appropriate modifications where necessary. You will manage HR services and systems, and provide general and specific HR advice to executives and key stakeholders across the organisation. In addition you will identify, design and implement best practice HR frameworks, policies and solutions that support the delivery of organisational strategic priorities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR professional with previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, necessary for building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. You will have demonstrated experience identifying emerging issues and recommending potential improvements to business processes and workflows in particular workforce planning, employee engagement, training and development and HR metrics.
