The Opportunity
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will proactively partner with the business and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers to develop and deliver a high-quality pipeline of both internal and external talent for business-critical roles and succession planning.

  • Working with Senior Leaders and Executives within the business to deliver end-to-end recruitment across mainly retail store-based roles
  • Providing advice to hiring managers on recruitment best practice, market trends and sourcing strategies
  • Building trusted relationships with hiring managers and being proactive in managing issues
  • Managing candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process
  • Sourcing candidates using a variety of channels including web-based and direct sourcing
  • Negotiation of offers of employment, conducting background checks and on-boarding
  • Managing and maintaining the Recruitment System (PageUp)


To Be Successful

  • Recruitment experience working within the Retail sector and/or agency recruitment experience dealing with high volume recruitment in retail/hospitality/office support or similar where you have dealt with bulk recruitment
  • A sense of urgency and dedication to complete processes with strict timeframes
  • Strong customer service orientation, stakeholder management and results focus
  • Understanding of the candidate as customer
  • Diligence in compliance and recruitment processes, effective and innovative sourcing strategies
  • End-to-end process management (imperative)
