The role:
- Account Management
- Business Development
- Sourcing candidates/ advertising campaigns
- Interviewing
- Assessment, including some reference checking
- Job bookings
- Compliance and WHS
- Database management
- Ongoing Training/Development
The person:
- A seasoned recruitment professional with plenty to offer
- Maturity with the ability to make decisions on-the-fly
- Can multi-task and handle large volume recruitment
- Gets along well with others and can work in a small team
- Has enthusiasm, a dynamic personality and has a high desire to achieve
The Company:
TRP Recruitment is privately owned and operated by 4 founding directors and has been trading since 2010. We commenced operations in Tullamarine, and have grown rapidly since inception and we now have two sites in Melbourne: Tullamarine & Oakleigh South.

Our dedicated and high achieving team of recruiters and support staff manage large volume recruitment campaigns as well as your regular day to day Recruitment. We are looking for a new Senior Consultant to manage existing accounts and grow that portfolio. TRP specialise in Transport and Logistics; Truck Drivers, Forklift drivers and Warehouse operators are our bread and butter. Experience in these fields would hold you in good stead for this role.
