• 2 to 3 month contract with possible extension
• $30 - $35 per hour + Superannuation

Hudson is partnering with an established leader within the mining/ heavy industry space assisting with the sourcing of an experienced Human Resources/ Recruitment Officer who is immediately available and interested in a new and exciting challenge.

This role would suit a candidate early in their career with either HR degree and recruitment admin experience, or a internal recruitment role.

In this short term role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Analysis and review of existing HR/ recruitment processes including templates and workflow
• Updating and management employee files and documentation
• End to end recruitment of a broad variety of internal roles
• Coordination of weekly and monthly reporting
• General administration support within a HR/ Recruitment context as required

To be considered for this role you will possess the following:

• Prior experience within a recruitment or HR role within the mining, construction or heavy industries - including experience within a recruitment agency
• A keen eye for detail coupled with the ability to manage data whilst reporting
• Excellent general administration skills, time management and customer service skills
• The ability to think on your feet and learn quickly will ensure your success in this role

This role is based on the Southside of Brisbane and will require you to own a car to drive to the role.
