The Opportunity: Due to increased volume and TA related projects we are looking for an experienced TA Consultant with property recruitment background to join our RPO team.
The Role: Reporting into Talent Acquisition Manager and working closely with the rest of the People & Culture team, this role will see you managing end to end recruitment mainly within the Property portfolio however you will get to work across other functions as per the business requirements.
You will have a few years of recruitment experience within agency, RPO or internal environments, ideally in Property recruitment. Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, solid understanding of the property recruitment market with well-established networks and expertise in search will be highly regarded. However, a passion for identifying top talent is the key criteria.
