The Role
As a highly motivated HR personnel, you will be part of the corporate team based in Melbourne CBD supporting HR functions with focus on recruitment. You will be exposed to various areas of HR activities in the luxury retail industry and have the opportunity to perform hands-on HR operations.
This opportunity offers a great sense of challenge to an experienced and motivated HR Administrator to work in a friendly, fast paced and growing environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the recruitment process and induction of new employees
- Providing support and advice to Managers and Employees in relations to HR matters
- Update and maintain employee records
- Good understanding of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Handling OH&S and workers compensation as required
- Preparation of various HR related reporting
- General administrative duties
Skills and Requirements
The successful applicant will have experience including but not exclusive to:
- Have a minimum of 1 years recruitment experience
- Ability to exercise the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
- High attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High degree of organisational skills and be able to multitask
- Team player and willingness to assist others
