ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Permanent full-time (76 hours per fortnight) position based in Richmond, reporting to General Manager, HR Aged and Community Care
- Be responsible for designing and implementing organisational development programs and initiatives for the Aged and Community Care division
- Create and implement talent pools for critical positions to support the organisational succession planning
- Assist with the design and coordination of employee surveys including Pulse Surveys and Organisation Wide Engagement Surveys

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, OD or Psychology
- Proven track record of designing and delivering a broad range of OD initiatives in line with the organisational strategy
- Ability to develop relationships and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior leaders
