The Opportunity

The Role
In this role you will be responsible for all HR administrative duties.

An experienced HR coordinator would have had exposure to duties ranging from approvals for new roles within the business, constructing contracts and letters and being the first point of contact for people to get reports from etc.

You will be the first point of call for internal HR enquiries from all levels of staff including seniors. You will manage end-end processes around the employee life cycle including on boarding, salaries, letters of offers, contracts, enquiries, ad- hoc reporting, etc. You will be extremely customer focused and previously from a corporate office setting, understanding organisational structures and how HR impacts team and business functions.

The Candidate
To be successful for this role, you will have come from a 3-5 year HR Coordinator/Administrator background, have strong interpersonal skills and to be an extremely organised person.
