About the role

We have a rare opportunity for a proactive, intuitive and approachable Human Resources professional to provide a wide range of HR operational and project support across the organisation. This position covers all facets of general HR including Recruitment, On-Boarding, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Policy interpretation and development, OHS, Organisational Development projects and Reporting. Working in conjunction with management and staff, this role will partner with staff of all levels across the organisation. Working within a close-knit team this busy and fast paced position will require an eye for detail, the ability to multitask and a calm manner under pressure.

About you

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • A HR (or related discipline) degree or relevant industry experience. 
  • At least five years’ experience in HR
  • Proven capacity to understand and deal with a range of multifaceted HR matters
  • Excellent written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Previous in-house recruitment experience is essential,
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • A customer focus and be able to work on numerous matters and projects at once

You will also be a natural team player and able to help with any matters that need action such as employment documentation and administrative tasks. Finally, you will be comfortable using new systems and utilising social media platforms to recruit and engage with staff.
