An opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Advisor to work within a Government Department based in Gosford.

• Paying $49.16 per hour
• Located in Gosford
• Must be able to travel to Sydney 2 - 3 days a week
• ASAP Start
• Contract role up until Mid-October
• Requires at least 4 years’ experience in a HR Generalist background

Key accountabilities:

• Delivery of client focused HR Consulting Services (organisation and capability, workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, recognition & reward, industrial relations, case management, HR legislation and policy, change management, Work Health & Safety, and HR project management)
• Contribute to the development, review and update of HR operating procedures
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide coaching and advice to line management
• Advise on people related issues using judgement, empathy and discretion
• Advise improvements on HR process and service delivery
• Contribute to innovating the best practices in HR management
