Due to continued expansion and growth nationally INSELEC are now looking to appoint a experienced professional in the role of National Operations Manager.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director your role as National Operations Manager is to drive and manage operational growth across our current and future business units, currently consisting of 5 branches across 4 states.

Key responsibilities but not limited too: 

• Direct and lead INSELEC Workforce services operational team nationally
• Driving continuous improvement operationally including but not limited too - compliance, quality and key performance metrics
• Undertake analysis & reporting of business performance, whilst undertaking strategic growth analysis and implementation
• Coach, mentor and develop all operational employees to ensure they are achieving personal growth and INSELEC standards
• Continued reporting on operational activity and performance
• Develop brand new offices into strong, stable businesses in their regions
• Undertake and lead weekly and monthly operational and management meetings

Desirable experience:

• Strong recruitment background within Blue Collar labour hire
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple branches either from a national, state or regional level
• Proven history in driving business growth & performance,  and delivering large workforce recruitment solutions
• Proven leadership experience and strong influential and neotiating skills
• People management and ability to drive culture and performance
