Allstaff Australia has an opportunity available for a 360 recruitment consultant to manage a warm desk with plenty of growth potential in the industrial sector.

Your strong organisational skills will enable you to effectively and efficiently manage the day-to-day recruitment needs of clients, as well as identify and plan for upcoming project needs. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting candidates for available jobs, liaising with clients/candidates, screening resumes and interviewing applicants, 

Applicants successful for interviews will be experienced in the following:

• End-to-end recruitment including advertising jobs, screening applicants, interviewing and placing candidates
• Looking after client and candidate needs
• Computer skills e.g. MS Word/Excel, database and online job boards
• Account management experience desirable but not necessary as training will be provided

We are offering a competitive salary with car allowance, and a generous commission scheme.

Our office is based in Moorebank (off the M5 corridor). Current drivers licence and own car required for client and on-hired employee visits.
