YOUR NEW COMPANY
Large Organisation near Ballarat requires a HR Coordinator to join their team
YOUR NEW ROLE
The primary function of the role is generalist human resources advice, coordination of recruitment processes, safety screening, maintenance of accurate and comprehensive employee records and providing assistance and support to all functions within the People and Culture unit as needed. You will manage the e-recruitment system, prepare and advertise vacant positions, identify and monitor job descriptions as well as process accounts associated with advertising. You will provide advice to new starters and process relevant documentation. Furthermore you will be available to deal with HR queries and problem solve.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
This is a busy and varied position and as such we are seeking a HR professionals. You will be required to use numerous HR systems. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to hit the ground running. You must be adaptable, capable of dealing with change and enjoying working within a team.
