The Role:
Paxus is currently going through an exciting period of growth in Sydney. We are now interested in speaking with experienced technology recruiters looking to maximise their earning potential within the thriving technology sector. This role will have a delivery focus rather than a sales focus.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing of specialist technology candidates
- Source passive candidates using a variety of techniques and tools
- Map local markets to determine where is the best talent in the market
- Use multiple tools such as social media and online advertising to unearth the best candidates
- Proactively contact potential candidates
- Creating and managing talent pools
