The Opportunity
- Provide quality End to End temporary recruitment services
- Predominately blue collar focused candidate and client base (Government and Commercial)
- Build and maintain client and candidate relationships
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through the application of business development and networking strategies
- Maintain active candidate base for client needs
- Ensure seamless on boarding of new temporary staff
About you:
- Previous blue-collar recruitment experience is highly desirable
- You will be highly motivated and enjoy a fast paced, dynamic business environment
- You will be persistent, resilient and determined to succeed
- You will have a proactive and positive approach with a strong team ethics
- You thrive on multitasking and a constantly changing day
- Excellent computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to engage with existing and potential customers
- Tenacious regarding building business and achieving targets
