About The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experience recruiter to join our Centralised Recruitment team based at our Central Office in Hawthorn East on a 6 month contract.
You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment of your own portfolio of roles including advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking and offers. Your role will be predominately volume recruitment across 32 sites, and you will be liaising with a high number of internal stakeholders. We are supported by an amazing Recruitment Administrator who assists with reference checks, contracts and other support where needed.
About You:
You will be a self motivated and driven recruiter with experience managing end to end volume recruitment. Coming from either agency or internal, you will thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment. This role may suit a Recruiter Coordinator ready to step up to the next level, taking ownership of your own area.
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to collaborate effectively and constructively with leadership teams and have a strong dedication to exceptional candidate care.
