CHAMP Resources are a dynamic Workforce Management National wide company based in Rockhampton, Mackay, Blackwater, Perth, Newcastle & Brisbane areas. We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Rockhampton head office!
To be successful in this role you must:

- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in a similar role
- Customer Service focus
- Strong attention to detail
Duties will include:
- Screening applications
- Shortlisting and interviewing candidates
- Data entry of employee details in various systems
- Tracking and reporting of job progress
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Mobilising and coordination of assignments, meeting specific site requirements
- Confirming candidates
- Contract preparation
- Accurate record keeping
