Our team at Besst Recruitment have over 50 years’ of experience in the labour hire and recruitment industry.

Our head office is located in Yeerongpilly, Brisbane, we have a large open plan office that allows for a fun and energetic work environment between all aspects of our business. Although we value having fun we do have a very fast paced and productive team of sales, recruitment and administration staff.

The Position

Besst Recruitment has embarked on a journey which has been game changing for the labour hire industry. Due to this we are looking to expand the company and currently have a position opening for a Recruitment Consultant to join our fast paced and friendly team. The role is to recruit for a variety of different roles, predominately in the Queensland region.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for creating and posting job ads for position openings with our clients 
• Creating detailed profiles of our candidates 
• Booking interviews, this will include both single face to face interviews as well as conducting group interviews
• Drug testing candidates for certain positions, at our clients discretion 
• Phone screening of candidates
• Reference checks

What we are looking for 

• Proven experience within the recruitment industry is advantageous 
• A strong attention to detail 
• A high level of data entry knowledge and knowledge of WorkDesk will be an advantage
• Proven ability to not only meet but exceed KPI's 
• Previous knowledge or experience of labour hire sales would be advantageous
• Professional phone manner 
• Excellent written and verbal skills is a non-negotiable for this position
• Must have their own car and license
