Your new role
As a Graduate Consultant you will join a detailed 9 month training programme that will see you promoted to a consultant. You will be liaising with CEO's, Managing Director's, HR professionals and Executive Assistants of large global businesses and dynamic privately owned organisations, in helping them shape their support teams and seeking to continually expand your network across the Northern suburbs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to possess an intrinsic desire to be successful, to always want to go the extra mile and want to be coached. You will present professionally, be articulate and be confident in approaching senior management.
