About the role Given the ideal market conditions, strong industry forecasts combined with Now Careers excellent position as a recruitment leader in the Design, Building & Construction industry, we seek to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing Sydney team. This opportunity will see the successful applicant support a buoyant recruitment business which has been operating for over 15 years. Your key focus will be to support the company’s ambitions by contributing to the growth plans of the Architectural & Design division. Prior experience in recruitment, architecture or Interiors would be preferred.
 
Key responsibilities 

• Contribute to the growth of the Architecture & Design division;
• Engage clients and candidates through marketing; advertising and social media strategies;
• Screen and interview candidates for specific job posts;
• Understand and interpret job descriptions to attract the right talent;
• Carry out lead generation opportunities via candidate mapping strategies;
• Prepare resume’s in a professional format within the company’s brand guidelines;
• Database management using various programs such as Bullhorn and BCI (Training will be provided on the software);
• Attend client meetings building rapport;
• Achieve budgetary targets;
• Be a team player;
• Ability to multi-task and sell over the phone;
• Excellent oral and written skills;
• Work well under pressure;
• Meet company expectations measured by performance indicators;
• IT literate;
• Effectively forecast and plan.
