The Role
Our growing firm is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist - Financial Services, to join our dynamic national business. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will drive the continued growth of the Findex business nationally, through the provision of the best Financial Services talent available, ensuring our talent communities are developed and engaged. Although the role is currently in our Brisbane office, you can work from any major capital city in Australia!

Your new role will be responsible for promoting our brands, developing relevant industry networks, advertising and marketing, pre-screening and applicant interviews, coordination of pre-employment checks, and establishing and building relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally across the business.

About You

We are looking for someone with achievements in financial services recruitment, be that wealth management, financial planning, risk advice/life insurance, paraplanning, lending or general insurance. You strive to be a true business partner through the provision of timely and relevant consulting and have the maturity to work with senior level stakeholders and candidates.
