Hudson is looking to engage the services of multiple experienced Learning and Development professionals to join one of our key Client’s team on an initial 6 month contract. Successful applicants must possess a Baseline Security Clearance or higher. This exciting opportunity is open to a range of APS4 to 6 level candidates and will offer you the opportunity to demonstrate your extensive experience in the development and implementation of Learning and Development (L&D) projects, whilst providing support and advice to business areas on a range of key training initiatives.
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyse information in order to advise senior management on key issues.
- Proven track record of supporting, developing and/or implementing L&D programs
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across business areas
- The ability to manage the learning and development work flow and processes
- Experience in either graphic design or governance or instructional design required
