EML (Employers Mutual Ltd) currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our newly created team of 10 likeminded professionals within People and Culture to assist with recruitment across the growing organisation. This will be a 6-month contract, commencing immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment cycle across a busy portfolio based across a high-volume space
- Responsible for taking full briefs from hiring managers, agreeing a timeline and recruitment strategy and utilise the best direct attraction tools
- Feel confident to provide all candidates with an exceptional recruitment experience from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level and driving the interview process, even if they are unsuccessful
- Help drive continuous improvements and being part of wider projects across the business while being part of a business and culture experiencing transformation and change
Skills & Experience
- You will be an experienced high-volume internal recruiter or someone looking to move out of agency
- You will be passionate about customer service and building strong working relationships with hiring managers
- You will have experience with utilising the best direct attraction tools as well as talent pooling and pipelining
- You will thrive in a busy environment that offers the opportunity to utilise your best direct attraction tools and talent pipelining skills
- You will have a proactive attitude which will help you fit into our high performing newly created team that recognises success. Driving a positive candidate and hiring leader experience will be key to your success in this role
