Onsite Rental Group is a specialist B2B equipment rental business delivering superior hire experience and performance to many of Australia's Mining, Construction, Industrial, Government and Event organisations.
We are currently seeking a customer service driven HR Coordinator and Operations Support person to join our dynamic team based at our Regional head office on a Maternity leave contract. Reporting to the Senior HR BP and supporting an employee base of 140, the role will be suitable for someone who has a vested interest in the HR space. The position provides National support when required to the GM of HR as well as to the Operations Manager of WA, both who sit on our Executive team.
The position is responsible for-
• Partnering with the business in Recruitment administration including but not limited to advertising, reference checking and shortlisting
• Prepare letters of offer and contract changes as appropriate
• Responsible for all HR administration ensuring all company policies, procedures, forms and documents are in line with our Quality system
• Work closely with the Learning and Development Manager on the role out and delivery of training
• Assist with the onboarding of new staff for the client group
• Travel to WA branches as required to assist with their needs
• Assist with general office administration tasks to support the Leadership team including Reception as required
The successful candidate will be someone who possesses the following-
• Cert IV in Human Resources or Business or in lieu of a qualification relevant industry experience
•A strong desire to learn and be developed
• Strong computer skills in MS Office especially in Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Candidates with end-to-end recruitment experience will be looked upon favourably.
This is a full time, Maternity leave position for a contracted period of 10 months. We are seeking someone who is a team player with a positive, energetic attitude and work ethic as well as the ability to think outside the square.
